We deliver our orders via Australia Post. We aim to have your order to you within 2-5 working days from your purchase date, depending on your location. All orders will be packed within one business day. Damage in transit is rare, however if it happens we will take responsibility for it and please call us within 24 hours of your delivery. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any lost parcels that was the fault of Australia Post, although we do endeavour to do all we can to help locate the item.
Our web site is updated on a daily basis, however in some rare instances another customer may have selected to perchance the same item as you at the same time. If this happens we will notify you within 2 days that we will not be able to deliver goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item we can not re-order we will give you a refund immediately; if its an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting for your purchase or receiving a full refund.

All items will be charged per weight, which is calculated by our online Australia Post calculator. All orders in Australia will be sent via Registered Post of which Double Bubble does not accept any responsibility for.
All items via the Double Bubble online shop are guaranteed for 14 days from the date of purchase against manufacture faults or defects.
If you are disappointed with anything that you have purchased from Double Bubble please return the item(s) invoice included with the goods. Double Bubble returns policy does not cover postage for any returns therefore postage must be paid for by the customer/consumer.
Please note that customers will not be charged additional fees for the delivery to the customer of an exchange.
Items must be unused and undamaged and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. You may choose either an exchange, acc credit or refund (shipping/postage costs excluded).
